Our terms

• Membership classification:

  The applicant for membership must be a person or legal entity legally licensed and registered to participate in international exhibitions.

• Documentation and photo:

  An official photo of the applicant and information must be submitted to prove the applicants identity and eligibility to participate in the exhibition.

• Confirm information:

  If there is something missing in the information, the membership will be cancelled

• Agreeing to the terms and conditions:

  The applicant must agree to all terms and conditions relating to participation in the exhibition, including compliance with local and international laws relating to trade shows.

• Exhibition details:

  The applicant must understand the exact details about the exhibition in which he or she wishes to participate, including the name of the exhibition (such as IQDEX), its location (Baghdad International Fair), and the specific dates of the exhibition.

• Provide contact information:

  Correct and up-to-date contact information for the applicant must be provided, including mailing address, telephone numbers and email address.

• Permission to participate:

  Registration may require submitting an official permit from the entity concerned with participating in the exhibition, such as the Ministry of Interior, the participants, or the organization organizing the exhibition.

• Agreeing to the Code of Conduct:

  The applicant must agree to the applicable trade show code of conduct and ethics, which may include maintaining order and respecting the rights of others.

• Accepting the privacy policy:

  The registration process may require agreeing to the exhibitions privacy policy, including the use of participant and exhibition participant data.
